This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to anyone who visits our website, creates an account, or uses our platform. It does not apply to data we process on behalf of customers as a data processor — that is covered by the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

2.1 Data you provide – Account data: name, email address, company name, billing address, and password when you register. – Payment data: billing details transmitted to our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. – Communications: messages you send us via email, chat, or support tickets. – Content you submit: prompts, queries, and outputs you generate while using the platform.

2.2 Data we collect automatically – Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and button clicks. – Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and referring URLs. – Log data: server logs including timestamps and error reports. – Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for detail.

2.3 Data from third parties – OAuth sign-in providers: if you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive basic profile data (name, email) from that provider. – Analytics and advertising partners: we receive aggregated or pseudonymised data about how users reach our site.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Ignite's platform uses AI models to process queries you submit. By using the platform, you understand that your inputs are processed by AI systems to generate outputs. We do not use your content to train our models unless you separately agree in writing.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with: – Service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. – Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) bound by confidentiality. – Law enforcement or government authorities when required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights. – Acquirers in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.

We do not share data with advertising networks for behavioral targeting.

6. International Transfers

Ignite, Inc. is based in the United States; its operating entity DHABIAI AUTOMATION – FZCO is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we use one of the following safeguards: – Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (or UK ICO equivalent). – An adequacy decision issued by the relevant authority.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active, plus three years after closure for legal and audit purposes. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed. You can request deletion sooner — see Section 9.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission method is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights

For EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): – Access a copy of your data. – Correct inaccurate data. – Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"). – Restrict or object to processing. – Data portability. – Withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing). – Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): – Know what data we collect and how we use it. – Delete your personal information. – Correct inaccurate personal information. – Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell). – Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

10. Children

Our platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact qusai.naser@dhabiai.ae and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
