What Ignite is

Ignite is an AI-search reputation platform. It watches how AI assistants answer the questions your customers actually ask, and its first job is truth: catching where an assistant describes your business wrongly, names an impostor in your place, or repeats a claim your own site refutes. That reputation layer, the Claim and Poison Monitor, is the core of the product, not an add-on.

Around it, Ignite measures. It samples five assistants, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, on your real category questions; keeps branded questions separate from non-branded and grounded answers separate from parametric; and reports mention rate, Share of Voice, and citations with confidence ranges. When something is wrong, it drafts owner-approved, reversible on-site changes, then re-measures to prove the fix worked.

What Ignite does not do

Ignite does not place, buy, or guarantee rankings or AI mentions. It does not manipulate, cloak, or poison AI models. It reports only figures it can measure and withholds the rest, so a number you see is one you can stand behind.

The evidence behind the work

The lever Ignite pulls is content, not markup. Published research on generative engine optimization found that adding statistics, citations, and quotations to a page's visible content raised answer visibility by up to 40%, with best-method gains of 22% in Position-Adjusted Word Count (how much of a page's own text an answer quotes, not traffic or ranking) and 37% in Subjective Impression [1]. Structured-data markup such as JSON-LD is SEO hygiene, not a generative-answer visibility lever.

What Ignite offers

Start with the free scan, a 60-second read of what AI says about you. Ongoing AI-visibility measurement tracks mention rate, Share of Voice, and citations across five engines. The Claim and Poison Monitor flags misrepresentation and impostors. Competitive AI visibility shows who AI recommends instead of you. Representation fixes ship owner-approved, reversible on-site changes and re-measure them. Reports turn it all into AI-referral and citation history. The Ignite WordPress plugin connects your site to the loop.
