Ignite's data handling is built to be minimal and honest: it reads what it needs to measure your AI visibility, stores results briefly, and never sells or shares your data.
What Ignite touches
To measure how AI describes you, Ignite samples public AI assistants with your category questions and reads what they return. With your connection, it reads your Google Analytics and Search Console as sources of truth for real traffic, and, through the WordPress plugin, it can ship the on-site changes you approve. It does not need your customer database or payment data to do any of this.
How long data is kept, and who sees it
Free-scan results are stored only long enough to show you the report and are deleted within seven days. Ignite does not sell or share your data. Changes to your site happen only with your approval and are reversible.
